On May 16, my life took an unexpected turn. During a cross-country flight, turbulence struck while I was at the back of the cabin heading to the restroom. I was violently thrown into a beverage cart holder, and when I regained consciousness, I was paralyzed from the neck down, bleeding heavily from my head. I clung to life for nearly two

 

On May 16, my life took an unexpected turn. During a cross-country flight, turbulence struck while I was at the back of the cabin heading to the restroom. I was violently thrown into a beverage cart holder, and when I regained consciousness, I was paralyzed from the neck down, bleeding heavily from my head. I clung to life for nearly two hours before the plane finally landed.

Thanks to a successful surgery, I regained feeling and mobility in my limbs. That experience taught me one powerful lesson: survival and recovery aren't just about physical strength—they’re about mental resilience. If it weren’t for the years I spent building my physical strength, I wouldn't have made it through.

Over the next 18 months, I gradually regained use of my limbs and mobility. Through it all, I’ve learned that when your core is at its peak, there's no obstacle too great to overcome. This journey has shaped my personal philosophy: never give up.

I started my company with the aim of helping others who are facing similar struggles. I believe there are no excuses for not achieving greatness, and my mission is to show athletes—both past and future—that nothing is impossible.
